To perform this
skill, first kick to a Handstand.The Handstand can be held momentarily before pushing the
shoulders “out”, and allowing the back to arch,
and feet to arrive on the floor, in a Bridge
position.Immediately,
shift the weight onto the feet, and press the hips forward,
maintaining the Arch position, and stand up.The arms should remain overhead at all times, and the
head should be back.
