Beginning in a Stride position, with one leg over the bar,
and hands on either side, the gymnast pushes upward, and then
falls forward, with the bar pressing on the back leg.The hands are in an “undergrip” position, which is
rare in the early stages of gymnastics, but necessary for the
gymnast to stay on the bar as the body rises up, and returns to
the original position.A full circle swing is executed, and this skill is considered
to be a lead up for the
Front Hip
Circle.
